If you are passionate about supporting students with special educational needs in SEN schools, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group support to students with special educational needs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of tailored learning plans.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
• Manage and support students with diverse learning and behavioural needs.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an SEN setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting students’ educational growth.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications or training in education or SEN support (desirable but not essential).
