dhRecruitment Dundee are recruiting for a Tool Repair Engineer to work with our prestigious client based in Dundee. This is a full-time position, where you will be carrying out diagnosis and repair of pneumatic tools and compressors.As a Tool Repair Engineer, you will be responsible for the full repair process including, but not limited to:
- Accurately recording parts fitted
- Liaising with the office team and purchasing department
- Discussing repairs with customers
- Assessing repairs ahead of completing them
- Diagnosis of problems
- Preparing customer orders as and when required
The successful Tool Repair Engineer will have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience of repairing handheld tools or similar
- Experience of stock taking and/or record keeping
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
In return, the Tool Repair Engineer can expect the following benefits package:
- Competitive salary of £26,000 – £30,000, depending on experience
