Talent Acquisition CoordinatorLocation: Bedford, UKJob Type: Temporary (Approx 3 Months)Salary : £12.44 per hourHours : Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 4.30pm and Friday 8:30am-4pmJoin our client in Bedford as a Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator. You will play a crucial role in coordinating recruitment activities, contributing to the efficiency and success of the Talent Acquisition team.Job Purpose: Responsible for administrative coordination of recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with policies and contributing to a high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment activities in accordance with policies and procedures, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Team Leader to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Proactively engage with prospective candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at various stages of the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
• Collaborate with team leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in all recruitment materials and documentation, using HR systems and databases proficiently.
• Provide regular updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders on the progress of recruitment campaigns.
• Support the planning and execution of recruitment events attended by the team.

Requirements:

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• In date Enhanced DBS desirable
