We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive global workplace, which encourages you to achieve any goals you may have, while having fun along the way!Kaspr Growth LeadThe Growth Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive sign ups and accelerate and optimise customer acquisition across core regions for Kaspr. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of helping PLG companies achieve significant growth across multiple countries.Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Hacking: Ideate and implement creative growth strategies, including referral loops, pricing mechanics, and opt-in strategies.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities for optimisation across the website and user flow, collaborating with product and engineering teams.
  • Product Marketing & Consumer Insights: Evolve strategies based on consumer insights and market trends. Conduct A/B testing to optimise marketing campaigns, landing pages, and other digital assets for better performance.
  • Email Marketing/CRM: Build and execute email marketing strategies, including content creation, segmentation, and experimentation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with PLG, content, SEO, sales, and the paid teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives and deliver integrated marketing solutions.
  • Affiliate/Influencer Marketing: Drive strategy and closely oversee agency relationships to maximise influencer partnerships.
  • Performance Marketing: You will have a very strong understanding of performance marketing channels and metrics and you will be comfortable working with the Paid team on optimising and improving channel performance in order to hit sign up targets and maximise ROI.
  • Data/Analytics: Build and interpret dashboards, ensuring accurate data pathways and collaborating with operations for capacity planning.
  • Growth Ops/Systems: Ensure the right tools and systems are in place for scalable growth.
  • Design and implement data-driven growth strategies to increase sign ups and conversion rates across the PLG funnel.
  • Responsible for optimising the acquisition funnel for new PLG sign-ups, using data to improve channel performance and conversion rates to PQL.
  • You love to automate things. You will find ways to repeat and scale what is working in the most cost effective way.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilise analytics tools to track, measure, and report on performance and KPIs, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging growth techniques to continuously improve and innovate our marketing strategies.
  • Monthly Quota: Achieve a monthly quota of new sign ups in core regions, contributing to the company’s revenue growth targets.
  • Management: You will manage regional demand generation manager(s) to ensure that all core regions are performing and hitting their sign up targets. You will make sure best practice is applied across all core regions and learnings are shared and integrated.
  • Direct creative, marketing, and data resources in harmony to deliver a brilliant customer experiences and conversion of new customers
  • Drive down Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) by establishing PMF and finding the optimal messaging and channels.

What are looking for:

  • Extensive experience in executing growth strategies within a PLG organisation(s).
  • Has previous experience of working towards or owning a monthly acquisition quota.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools, CRM software, analytics platforms, and all the main digital marketing channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing unique marketing initiatives that capture attention and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and lead people.
  • Naturally curious, always learning.
  • Budget management experience, including aligning closely with Finance, Paid, and Analytics.
  • Experience working in a start-up environment is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and apply them to growth strategies.
  • 4+ years in Growth with a track record of achieving ambitious growth targets.
