Job Description:

The Management Department in the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida is seeking to fill one full-time 12-month Lecturer position. The position is non-tenure accruing with a start date of Fall 2025. The new hire will teach graduate and undergraduate courses in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Leadership, and/or Creativity.

Expected Salary:

$130,000-$160,000

Minimum Requirements:

Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Business or a related field by August 2025. Preference will be given to candidates who have significant industry experience and/or an established program of scholarly research.

Preferred Qualifications:

Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or DBA) in business or related field by August 2025.
