Location – Rosyth, Fife
Rate – £13.00 – £14.00 per hour
Duration – 1 year FTC
36 hours per week
4 day rolled up week (3 days Office / 1 day Remote working)Our client, an innovative and successful multi-site Engineering and Marine Business’ is seeking to appoint a capable Administrator for a fixed term contract at their site in Rosyth.Supporting the PeopleCentre HR Hub with full administration support including uploading and manipulating confidential data on to their business Database, HR Systems and using Microsoft Office packages on a daily basis.This role will be to ensure the PeopleCentre continually strive to work and deliver to the high-quality standards and timescales agreed with the business.The position requires someone that is customer focused, providing first line interaction with all Recruiting Managers whilst facilitating the onboarding of new candidates.Skills & Experience:

  • Have excellent working knowledge Microsoft Packages
  • Knowledge of HR Systems (desired but not essential).
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Methodical and organized with ability to operate under own initiative or collaboratively as part of

a team.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of employees and management.
  • Focused on providing an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Standard Grades or equivalent including English and Mathematics
  • CIPD Level 3 (desired but not essential)

Duties:

  • To provide support and administration assistance to the HR People Centre Hub Team
  • Administration support of issuing of employment contracts and onboarding of new candidates.
  • Engage with hiring managers and candidates to provide regular updates of the onboarding process.
  • Ensure HR Data is recorded accurately on HR systems and are aligned to payroll deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of team to collaborate with the wider PeopleCentre.
  • You will be expected to manage workload effectively in a fast-moving environment. Whilst also ensuring clear communication with customers and team members to manage customer expectations.

Hours of work 7.30 am to 5.15 pm Monday to Thursday.
The successful candidate will need to satisfy Baseline Security clearance and Disclosure Scotland requirements.Our role in supporting diversity and inclusion
