Job Title: Nurse ManagerJob DescriptionAs a Nurse Manager, you will oversee the nursing unit, ensuring it operates efficiently and safely around the clock. Your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of the unit, from reviewing medical records for compliance, conducting environmental rounds, and resolving issues, to supervising licensed and ancillary personnel. You will also be responsible for the timely completion and submission of all unit reports and assessing the need for additional equipment. Communication is key, as you will need to stay well-informed of all events taking place during all shifts.Hard Skills
- BSN from accredited school of nursing or equivalent education/experience
- Minimum 4 years clinical experience
- Preferred – Long-term care/Rehabilitation/Nursing Home
- At least 2 years of management experience
