Provide insights through data visualisation and analytics to support HR initiatives.
Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
People Data Build:Build and maintain comprehensive HR dashboards and data models.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify data needs and develop reporting solutions.
Support data-driven decision-making processes by providing timely and relevant people data analysis.
