  • Provide excellent customer service and support sales growth by working with the store’s team, the sales representative, and the regional management team
  • Manage the store budget and take the necessary steps to continuously improve financial results
  • Ensure store compliance with operational processes and standards for both wholesale and retail sales
  • Promote a culture of respect, accountability, collaboration, and teamwork
  • Coaching, training and developing associates by providing both informal (e.g., on-floor coaching) and formal (e.g., written evaluation) job performance-based feedback
  • Recruiting, interviewing applicants and making recommendations about hiring for open positions

QualificationsTo join our team, you need:

  • 2 years of retail management experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry, is considered an asset
