***$1500 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR QUALIFIED APPLICANTS***Gorjanc Home Services is a local, family-owned business with over 60 years of experience in HVAC installation. We are looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team.As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for the following:
- Installing, setting up, and maintaining residential HVAC systems
- Providing excellent customer service
- Working with a team of experienced technicians
- Growing your skills and knowledge in the HVAC industry

- 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation – we value your expertise!

- Excellent safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings – no compromises!
- Ability to consult on customer complaints and provide mutually beneficial solutions – customer satisfaction is our priority.
- Possess basic hand tools – we value your skills!
Physical Demands:
- Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day
- Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor, including lifting heavy objects, up to 70 lbs.
- Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold – we brave all weather!
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder multiple times a day – we rise to the occasion!
