Your Purpose

No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training to empower you to thrive in this role. As an Operations Executive for our Off Trade Team, responsible for key back-office processes, sales reporting, and administrative support for the wider off trade team. This role would also have a focus on supporting the set-up of new customer accounts in this area.

Reporting to the Off Trade Sales Operations Manager you will play an important part in working with key stakeholders across sales, procurement and finance, customer logistics and procurement to support the set-up of new customer accounts, new product listings, data and information requests from customers and working on our customers own online portals.

The Recruitment Process:

Step 1: Application – this will include questions around your motivation for the role and how you can add to the culture at Molson Coors.

Step 2: Measuring your Potential – Arctic Shores’ task-based assessment. You will be asked to complete some exciting, engaging tasks which will help us get to know you better! In return, you’ll receive a personalised feedback report.

Step 3: Interview – Situation-based questions that are related to the important behaviours needed to be successful on the role. Our aim will be to understand how you would tackle certain situations you will face on the job.

Step 4: Decision/Feedback – You will receive feedback even if we do not make the decision to offer you the job or progress you to the next stage.
