Set Up Tech2nd shift$20/hr BOEJob Description:We need diverse manufacturing Maintenance Mechanics OR mechanically inclined persons that have worked on or set-up machines (this is a precursor to the Maintenance Mechanic).The equipment and job duties:

• Repair all production equipment and plant equipment.
• Serpentine conveyors (rubber/fabric, plastic interlocking),
• rotary and linear liquid filling machines
• spindle and semi-auto belt cappers
• check-weighers, blow-offs
• PLC’s
• heat sealers, fabric winder/unwinders
• bottle unscramblers
• gravity feeders to name a few.
• Execute line and equipment changeovers.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems during production.
• Promote teamwork by talking it out, brainstorming, using your experience and learning from each other.
• Maintenance techs repair, conduct PM’s, fabricate, conduct line change overs, trouble shoot, and assembly of any part of the process on the line.
