What can I expect?

You will gain essential skills, knowledge, and behaviours to excel in an administration role. We focus on adding value through various tasks, including record keeping, document production, planning, organisation and stakeholder communication. Throughout the apprenticeship, you’ll develop professionalism, responsibility, and adaptability. Working in our Training Solutions Customer Service team, your development will give you the ability to make positive and lasting contributions to our customers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Business coordination, taking ownership of bookings for courses from our customers.

  • Accurate record keeping, use of our Learner Management System to coordinate onboarding of trainees onto our training courses.

  • Monthly submission of apprentice Individual Learner Record (ILR) data to ensure compliance with Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) requirements.

  • Data Validation, performing regular checks and audits on learner data to identify and rectify discrepancies.

  • Funding Rules Adherence, keeping updated on ESFA funding rules and ensure all apprenticeship data meets these standards.

  • Apprenticeship Delivery Support: Collaborate with the apprenticeship delivery team to support accurate reporting and data management.

  • Documentation, maintaining accurate and organised records of all data processes and submissions.

  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and skills related to ILR data and ESFA compliance.

  • Customer service, maintaining a timely response to customer training enquiries.

What do I need to apply?

  • GCSE/Level 2qualifications in English & Math.

  • Good level of IT literacy with the ability to use Microsoft software such as Outlook, Excel and Word.

  • Good communication skills,

  • Good organisational skills.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Maintaining a high level with respect to quality in delivery and completion of tasks.

  • Ability to take ownership of tasks.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
