About Visibly ✌️Death by PowerPoint remains the primary method of education for over a billion deskless workers worldwide, so we have a unique opportunity to redesign education from the ground up.Our team is on a mission to make exceptional education available to the people who build and maintain our physical world with a vastly improved user experience that’s massively more accessible, effective, and enjoyable—and that’s where you come in!!As an early team member, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping our Founder and CEO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly, allowing him to focus on strategic initiatives and decision-making.Day-to-day, you’ll provide critical administrative, organisational, and operational support. You’ll also act as the key liaison between our CEO and stakeholders within and outside the organisation. This role will report directly to the CEO.In late 2023, we raised one of the strongest seed rounds in Europe from tier 1 investors, including Creandum (early investors in Spotify, Klarna and iZettle)Now, our highest priority is building out a team that pushes each of us to do our very best work and cares intensely about our team and customers.What you’ll be up to 🚀

  • Managing our CEO’s time to ensure his diary is accurate, free from clashes, prioritised and has space for them to get work done. Anticipating changes and proactively supporting them to keep their plates spinning.
  • Supporting our CEO with his important weekly meetings, whether those include agenda or deck preparation, taking minutes, or following up on actions.
  • Keeping your finger on the pulse of his world by proactively managing their inbox, keeping it clear of clutter, and escalating important information to ensure it is addressed promptly.
  • Relationship building across the organisation to keep your finger on the pulse of engagement.
  • Owning the logistics of our CEO’s work life and his events. This could look like arranging day-to-day transport and accommodation, international travel and on-the-ground detailed logistics, planning away days and socials for their team, to ensuring there’s a meeting room for every meeting.
  • Working as part of the Senior Leadership Team, collaborating with the Chief Learning Officer and others to deliver for our CEO.
  • While your focus will be on supporting our Founder, there will also be opportunities to get involved in project work and other initiatives across the organisation that interest you.

  • You ensure things are always fully finished
  • You have experience working as an EA for senior executives previously within a fast-paced environment. While not a requirement, previous experience in a start-up or scale-up is preferable
  • You are calm under pressure and have a positive attitude
  • You’re resilient and tenacious in your approach to getting things done you’re not afraid to ask questions to gather the context you need to work autonomously
  • You are excited by the opportunity to be involved in a broad surface area and able to context switch with ease.
  • You have excellent communication skills with a proven ability to write and adapt style to different audiences
  • You enjoy work where attention to detail is a key strength
  • You enjoy collaborating as a team to get things done
  • You have prior experience using Google suite, Slack, Notion and similar tools.
  • You have strong EQ, with fine-tuned instincts and problem-solving skills.

Culture and team session (30 mins) – Kirsten Campbell-Howes (Chief Learning Officer)You won’t need to prepare anything in advance.
We’ll look to understand what you’ll bring to our team culturally and how your approach aligns with our CEO, mission and values.
You’ll be able to work out the reverse.2. In-person session (60-90 mins) – Kane St Quintin (Founder)This session is to get to know each other and start to work out whether we’re a fit.
