The Opportunity:

Employee Communications is a fast-paced, distributed team responsible for internal communications that amplify the narrative and vision of Adobe’s business, purpose, and award-winning employee experience. We are a forward-thinking team of communicators who are passionate about storytelling through the lens of our employees.

We are seeking a new Senior Employee Communications Mana, EMEA, who will be laser-focused on delivering communications to help our employees feel a meaningful connection between their impact and our purpose, priorities, and products — fostering a strong sense of belonging and pride.

This highly valued role will partner closely with teams across EMEA and the broader Global Corporate Communications & Employee Brand team. In partnership with key stakeholders across the EMEA business, they will build and deliver integrated employee communications plans, including messaging and innovative asset creation. The ideal candidate will have a history of impactful employee communications experience and thrive in a dynamic environment that requires a strong point of view and a creative, curious, and innovative approach to channels, asset creation, and employee experiences.

We stand at a pivotal moment in Adobe’s history that’s been 40 years in the making. As a key member of the Employee Communications team, this role will have a unique opportunity to help build the next chapter of Adobe’s culture.

What You’ll Do:

  • Employee communications planning: Own the development and execution of creative and impactful regional communications plans.
  • Bring global programs to life locally: Work with the wider Global Employee Communications team to amplify and localize flagship, global employee communications campaigns for the EMEA region.
  • Partner management: Serve as a trusted communications partner and advisor to teams across EMEA such as PR, social, HR, talent marketing, diversity equity & inclusion, corporate social responsibility, product marketing, legal, and others. Partner closely with the Global Employee Communications team to ensure connection, alignment, and best practices across the company.
  • Compelling storytelling: Inspire and engage through authentic, relevant, and timely content.
  • Innovative and engaging communication assets: Amplify our narrative via crisp, effective, high-quality assets including email, internal community social channel posts (Slack/Microsoft Teams), long- and short-form copy for our intranet, in-person and hybrid events, podcasts, videos, animations, and more.
  • Creative channel innovation: Leverage Adobe’s own products to gain cut-through and engage employees in a vibrant, timely, and meaningful way.
  • Practices and processes: Build best-in-class communication practices and processes that will drive efficiencies in how Adobe’s EMEA Employee Communications team operates.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Passion for creative and authentic storytelling.
  • Curiosity and drive to experiment with our own products to create exciting and visually compelling channels and assets.
  • Experience in articulating complex and nuanced issues internally, related to compensation, benefits, and employee relations across this multi-jurisdictional region.
  • Expertise in both traditional and emerging media and channels.
  • Innovative thinking and the capacity to take risks and push Adobe in new directions.
  • Exceptional communication capabilities, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate nuanced issues, strategies, and briefs.
  • Inherent curiosity, with an appetite for an exciting opportunity on a fun, collaborative team.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
