Production Planner

Production Planner
. This company has been in business since 1945, is third generation family owned and growing rapidly!

Production Planner Job Duties:

• Communicate due dates and updated orders on hold.
• Verify due dates on Sales orders and send updates
• Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.  
• Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production
• Interface with all other functional areas to resolve scheduling conflicts or answer requests for clarification.
• Provide research and analysis of problem areas and recommend possible solutions.
• Analyze and provide feedback for expedited orders
• Prepare and distribute planning and exceptions reports.
• Analyze customer and manufacturing orders for material availability and schedule them for earliest delivery based on customer requirements, factory capacity and material / process constraints.
• Ensure that all material and processes are ordered to support customer commitments.
• Review MRP to determine material needs?

Production Planner Requirements:

• Five or more years’ experience with ERP and MRP planning
•  Above average working knowledge of customer service, engineering procedures, and production processes.
•  Attention to detail
•  Ability to multi-task and work with interruptions
• Communication skills including email and phone.
• Deep product knowledge of fixture types, classes, and components
• High School diploma or equivalent required

Schedule:
  Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

Pay:
 $21.30-$30.87
