Forklift Operator

Do you have at least 1 year of recent sit down forklift experience? Are you looking for a long term opportunity with a well-established company?

If so, you could be a great fit for this Forklift Operator position with a steel and metal fabrication and distribution company. As part of the warehouse team, you’d operate a sit down forklift and assisting in other departments as needed.

This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire job with a steady Monday-Friday schedule on a day shift schedule

Forklift Operator Responsibilities:

• Operating a sit-down forklift to move materials
• Pull materials for orders using a printout, not scanner
• Picking and packing 
• Filling out packing and order forms with the relevant shipping information
• Sealing shipping containers and labeling them appropriately

Schedule: Monday-Friday

• Day: 4AM-1:30PM                    

*Saturday overtime opportunities

Forklift Operator Requirements:

• 1+ year of sit down/stand up forklift experience
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility to assist in the picking process at various times
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Pay
: $18/hr
