You will work directly with leaders who believe in celebrating successes and sharing learnings with other teams to promote progress.Join the IDEA (Innovation, Digital, Expertise & Upskilling, Architecture) team in GFT. We partner with teams from across RBC in order to help them translate ideas into digital tools that help RBCers get stuff done. We are hiring for Manager, Digital Products & Initiatives and in this role, you will ensure the continued success of RBC Connect, One RBC, and support Upskilling initiatives. Your strategic mindset, passion for innovation, and strong communication skills will position you for success in this high-impact role.RBC Connect:Training: Deliver training sessions and demos; Training modules include Getting Started on RBC Connect, Document Collaboration, Community Management, Content Management, and Project Management on RBC ConnectTechnical Liaison: Liaise between employees and our technical team, as well as vendors, to identify and report software bugsOne RBC:Requirements gathering: Coordinate with technical team and business partners as new use-cases are introduced in One RBC, so that key activities are tracked and delivered in a timely mannerUser Support: Co-ordinated with the offshore Support team to ensure that any questions related to RTP are addressed in a timely manner.GFT Upskills:Generate regular and ad-hoc reports using Excel and other data visualization toolsClean, organize, and validate Excel spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and completenessPerform data analysis to identify patterns and insights to inform decision-making of Upskilling initiativesWhat do you need to succeed?Must have:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisionsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Strong Communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to all levels of the company and have a talent for making the numbers, measure and targets come aliveAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills, and to deal with ambiguous problems while adhering to delivery excellence among tight timelinesIndependent, self-directedStrong relationship management skills with impact and influence ability among stakeholdersNice-to-have:2 or more years of experience working in a complex digital communications or community management environment with demonstrated excellence in developing, implementing and monitoring strategic digital communications programsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively with corporate communications, HR, privacy & compliance, risk, legal, InfoSec and other teamsDemonstrated strong project and time management skillsBilingual English/FrenchKnowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSSWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
