Role Overview

Otis is growing and we are recruiting an Account Manager to cover Central London.

The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth through developing a customer prospect pipeline focusing on existing customer growth, with additional responsibility for selling incremental repair projects.

On a typical day you will:

• Identify and develop robust key account plans for all strategic clients

• Achieve customer retention and organic growth through a targeted sales and account management approach

• Plan to include individual client contact development (decision makers/ influencers) with specific actions to address perceived areas of weakness

• Drive portfolio and margin growth in each account

What you will need to be successful

• You have a business or technical degree or have completed training as a technician or technical business administrator, and 3 years of prior work experience.

• You have initial experience in the sale of technical service agreements requiring consultation.

• You have a strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills.

• You are characterized by a high level of commitment and reliability.

• You are target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization
