Blue Arrow is proud to be working in partnership with UK’s leading manufacturers of boilers, heat pumps & heating systems and they are looking to recruit Customer Service Agents (Belper, Derbyshire) to join their team on a full-time temporary basis (39.5 hours p/w) with genuine temp to perm opportunity.
The client is looking to start interviewing potential candidates as soon as possible.
Interviews will be taking place over the next few weeks. Interviews will be a 2-stage interview including an initial telephone interview, and then a final face-to-face interview at their assessment centre in Belper.

Customer service advisor is an incredibly important role, helping to support the customer journey and ensure it is effortless and informative. We are looking for outstanding communicators that can be empathetic to each customers situation and provide excellent service.
The role itself will have you:
Dealing with customers who contact the Company via telephone, email SMS live chat or WhatsApp to arrange engineer visits.
Using your customer service skills, you will provide an effortless customer journey and experience through a variety of communication channels.
You will gain an understanding of each customer’s situation, spotting potential opportunities to deliver excellent customer service.
Ensure all telephone calls and emails are answered within our service level agreement, booking engineer visits utilising the Salesforce platform.
Work in line with Contact Centre processes and targets to ensure a professional service is provided at all levels.
Work closely with our customers to keep them informed and delighted with the customer service they have experienced.
Our ideal Customer Service Advisor has the following traits:
GCSE Grade 4 or above or an equivalent qualification in English Language.
A passion for delivering excellent customer service to customers.
A sound understanding of Microsoft applications and web-based platforms.
You’re highly approachable with good interpersonal and communication skills.
A positive outlook, the determination to succeed and are flexible to learning new skills to support the needs of the business.
Previous Contact Centre experience is desirable.
The ability to be motivated when working independently or as part of a team.
What hours would you be working in the Customer Service Advisor role?
The working hours are currently between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday, 8am – 3pm on Saturday and 8 am – 12pm on a Sunday.

This great company is located in Belper DE56 the candidate must be able to commute to this location. There is FREE parking on-site (spaces not guaranteed), as well as a bus stop directly outside the facility.
