We are also supporting the modernisation and development of energy grids, managing the setup and siting for new transmission and distribution networks, and using hydrogen to decarbonise the transport and industry sectors.Assystem’s Project Management & Consulting (PM&C) Business provides the delivery of sustainable performance improvements within the following practice areas: Consents & Engagement; Commercial Management; Project Management; Environmental Services; Planning & Project Controls; Risk Management and Business Intelligence across the nuclear and transportation sectors.Job DescriptionJoin Our Team as an Internal Recruiter – Project Controls SpecialistWe are seeking a dynamic Internal Recruiter with a specialty in Project Controls, Planning & Scheduling, and Risk/Cost/Change Management to join our internal recruitment team.As part of our vibrant recruitment team and reporting to the Recruitment Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the broader recruitment function. You will own the full recruitment cycle for a diverse portfolio of vacancies, regularly managing over 15 roles at various stages of the sourcing, selection, and onboarding process.This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 2-3 days in our Covent Garden office and the remaining days working from home.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a diverse portfolio of vacancies throughout the end-to-end recruitment cycle.Conduct initial role briefings and participate in weekly recruitment update meetings with hiring managers and the business resource team.Post job adverts, source suitable candidates, and conduct initial telephone screenings.Coordinate the interview process between candidates and hiring managers.Manage the offer process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.Adhere to client and Assystem processes to ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.️ Maintain accurate records of vacancies and candidates within the ATS system.Support the wider people and security teams during onboarding activities.️ Collaborate with the recruitment and hiring community to identify and implement process improvements.Utilise recruitment reports to manage workload and prioritise activities effectively.QualificationsYour background

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, with a deep understanding of the full recruitment cycle (role briefing, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding).
  • Expertise in recruiting for Project Controls, Planning & Scheduling, and Risk/Cost/Change Management roles.
  • Comfortable managing a high-volume workload, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting within sectors such as Power Generation, Transportation & Infrastructure, Engineering, Utilities, Construction/Facilities.
