Now Hiring CDL-A: Floater & Floater Mentor Drivers
Code: PTAD7Floater:

• Pay: $0.45 CPM + $0.10 CPM performance bonus = $0.55 CPM

Floater Mentor:

• Pay: $0.45 CPM + $0.10 CPM mentor pay + $0.04 CPM performance pay = $0.59 CPM

Benefits:

• Cover various dedicated lanes
• Transition to preferred dedicated lane as soon as available
• Similar to OTR, 2 weeks out minimum
• Ideal for drivers seeking a dedicated route with some flexibility

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 21
• Valid Class A CDL
• 3-12 months verifiable OTR experience
• Clean driving record
