Joining our growing Design team, you’ll work with world class and passionate people to unlock the value of data for our Retail and Brand clients through our portfolio of digital solutions powered by data science.

What you’ll be working on

Your excellent communication and collaboration skills will be essential in preventing siloed thinking and efforts.

You will support the Product Design Principal and Product Design Manager in defining standards and guidelines across design and research, ensuring consistency and quality in the product experience.

As a strategic thinker, you will pay attention to both the small details and the big picture, setting service KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure product design positively impacts business outcomes such as customer satisfaction, financial performance, and growth. Additionally, you will guide our engineering teams in executing the user experience, clearly communicating vision, designs, and the rationale behind design decisions.
