Our vision is to leverage the incredible potential of technology to build vehicles that not only offer a premium, all-encompassing digital experience, but that also make our customers lives better.WHAT TO EXPECTAs an AAD Senior Quality Engineer, you’ll support the process development and deployment to achieve ASPICE compliance while developing a roadmap of continuous improvement as we get closer to fully autonomous vehicle.You’ll colloborate with colleagues across varied disciplines including Hardware, integration and customer experiences to identify and review the key engineering artifacts that enable the team to deliver robust products for the JLR vehicles.You will be at the pinnacle of developing next level of ADAS features. These include a wide range of opportunities starting from production L2 solutions to researching, prototyping and developing L4 autonomous solutions. You’ll work from design and system requirements stage to vehicle production stage including system analysis, functional safety analysis, risk and mitigation strategies, application software, embedded software, diagnostics and continuous validation, all targeted at feature development.Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • AAD Department quality processes ownership to enable department compliance with ASPICE and ISO standards for robust development
  • Review the AAD engineering artifacts (subset for hardware and integration) for quality compliance
  • Measure and monitor the AAD Department performance against the development process
  • Monitoring the AAD project processes compliance against ASPICE and ISO standards for product robustness compliance. Including the support the development of the Engineering Body of Knowledge
  • Track AAD new product design avoidance of all failure modules seen by JLR customers on the field in previous products
  • Generate and maintain metrics for data driven engineering sign off of the AAD products (subset for hardware and integration)

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Proven technical experience developing and delivery ASPICE Quality Assurance Processes, ideally having INTACS provisional assessor accreditation
  • Experience of automotive quality practice such as DFMEA, Six Sigma
  • Experience in Hardware SPICE PRM/PAM, process definition, project deployment and FuSa hardware development
