Our client is a fast-growing media company startup, already with some amazing clients across lots of different verticals from fashion to e-commerce, fintech, consumer finance, and more. They are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Analyst to join the team and help them make informed decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
As a Performance Marketing Data Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting our client’s marketing team in the development of marketing strategies by analyzing data and recommending optimization of our marketing campaigns.

What you’ll do:

  • Run regression model analyses to identify trends and correlations in marketing data.
  • Visualize data using charts in Excel, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets, and other tools.
  • Build and maintain dashboards using SQL/BigQuery, Looker, Tableau, and other platforms.
  • Understand and perform spot attribution analysis for offline media.
  • Perform manual data entry as needed to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze campaign spend effectiveness and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience as a marketing data analyst or relevant education
  • Proficiency in SQL/BigQuery, Looker, Tableau, and other data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Experience with regression analysis and other statistical methods.
  • Excellent Excel and Google Sheets skills.
  • Ability to perform manual data entry with high accuracy.
  • Understanding of spot attribution analysis for offline media.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly and effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
