Compensation: $17 – $18 per hourAlliance Industrial Solutions is hiring experienced Assemblers for our Client in Canton, OH! Join a dynamic team dedicated to crafting high-quality, engineered-to-order low and medium voltage power distribution equipment. This is an exciting opportunity for skilled assembly technicians who thrive in a fast-paced environment.Please note: this position is not accessible by public transportation.Highlights of the Assembler Position:

- Receive a $1000 sign-on bonus after 6 months (including the 90-day probationary period)
- Enjoy an additional $1000 bonus after 12 months (including the 90-day probationary period)
Schedule:
- Actual hours may vary but an example schedule could be:
- 1st Shift: 5:30 am – 3:30 pm (Monday-Thursday)
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 pm – 1:30 am (Monday-Thursday)
- Opportunity for voluntary overtime on Fridays
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and sheet metal drawings.
- Utilize assembly drawings to efficiently assemble sheet metal components into finished units.
- Follow instructions to install various devices, instruments, and bus bars.
- Use connection and power diagrams to determine proper routing and ensure accurate connections.
- Understand power diagrams for current transformer polarity through connection diagrams.
- Proficiently use all required wiring tools and portable power tools according to company standards.
- Operate ladders and ensure all tasks meet the company’s quality and safety standards.
- Contribute to team goals and objectives, ensuring high-quality and cohesive teamwork.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- 2 years of experience in electrical assembly or similar field.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding production drawings and work instructions.
- Ability to follow instructions and solve problems in standardized situations.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Safety and quality-oriented, reliable, and a strong communicator with a positive attitude.
- Mechanically inclined
