If you have a passion for service, a global recycling and disposal solutions company is adding a Customer Service to their team!

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers depositing waste: weighing customer vehicles on scales to determine fee amount, collecting fees and balancing cash/checks daily, as well as preparing daily deposits and assisting customers, as needed.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Collect data from kiosk, and completing required reports.
  • Assist customers and vendors by answering questions, and resolving issues.
  • Greets and direct customers.
  • Correctly calculate payments for customers.

Customer Service Job Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 30 lbs.
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic computer and math knowledge
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Schedules: 7am-5pm

  • Monday-Tuesday, Friday-Saturday OR
  • Monday-Thursday

Pay: $19.50/hour
