We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Technical Program Manager IV, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will manage complex IT programs spanning across our enterprise. You will develop program strategies, oversee project plans, and ensure the timely, efficient delivery of all projects in accordance with business requirements. This role is primarily situated in the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to oversee one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing program strategies, supporting business cases, and creating various high-level project plans across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Strategy: Develop and implement program strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Project Integration: Ensure seamless integration of projects and adjust scope, timing, and budgets as necessary based on business needs.

  • Communication: Liaise with IT leadership, business leadership, and IT Business Consultants to communicate program strategy, direction, and changes.

  • Project Delivery: Ensure all projects within the IT project portfolio are delivered on time, within budget, and meet strategic and business requirements.

  • Milestone Tracking: Track key project milestones and recommend adjustments to Project Managers as needed.

  • Partnership: Partner with senior business leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve enterprise goals.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in Project Management methodologies and tools.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Project Management certification is required.

  • 10 to 15 years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role and 8+ years managing projects.

  • Ability to manage multiple project managers, project leaders, and/or project support staff.
