They are looking for someone who is passionate about helping children and families, and who would be able to integrate smoothly into their team & become a part of their stable & supportive working environment.This position offers a very attractive permanent salary, giving you the opportunity for a position where you’ll earn more money in these trying times, increasing your overall work & life satisfaction.This local authority are offering fantastic training & development opportunities, giving you the chance to progress your training & gain more responsibility if you so wish, meaning you will have greater chances for your own career development.Responsibilities:As an ATM you will not have to carry a caseload, you will aid the Team Manager in the up-keep of CPD & developing training for the team.You will be supervising a team of social workers as they carry out their cases, ensuring they are managed efficiently and are carrying out their tasks to the best of their ability, to provide the best possible outcome for Children & Families under their care.Benefits:

Requirements:
- A degree in Social Work & Social Work England registration
- A drivers license
- An up to date DBS check
- Experience working within a MASH setting.
