A manufacturing company in Mukilteo is looking for a
Temporary Administrative Assistant
to join their team! If you are outgoing, patient, and have a penchant for organizing those around you, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
This is a temporary position starting in August and is anticipating to last 3-4 months.
Temporary Administrative Assistant Job Duties:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Scanning and filing company documents
- Processing invoices
- Creating job orders
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
Pay:
- $19-$22 per hour
Temporary Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- 1-2 years of administrative assistant or office coordinator experience
- High School Diploma
- Clear verbal and written communication in English
- Proficient in MS Office programs- Outlook, Word, Excel
- Lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
