This position is a Direct Hire, full-time Accountant role working on site, in office.

Accountant Job Duties:
- Perform accounts payable and receivable functions
- General ledger, month end journal entries and reconciliations
- Sales/Use Tax reporting, 1099 generation
- Assist in solving invoice discrepancies with vendors and customers
- Perform accounting and reporting duties
- Some HR duties – onboarding new employees, benefits enrollment
Accountant Requirements:
- 3-5 years recent experience in an accounting role
- Compliance with GAAP
- QuickBooks Desktop experience REQUIRED
- HR experience a plus
- Expert in Microsoft Office Excel
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred?
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: up to $75k DOE
