This is an excellent opportunity to join Howden during a period of accelerated growth, in a growing recruitment team where you can truly make a difference to our organisation.Reporting to the TA Lead for the UK&I Retail business, your primary focus will be to provide administrative & project support to the Talent Acquisition team. This includes arranging interviews, managing team processes, becoming a subject matter expert on Workday Recruiting and creating insightful recruitment dashboards and reports.The successful candidate will bring with them prior administrative experience and will also have had experience in a recruitment coordination capacity, be a results-focused, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial individual. Additionally, you will have experience of delivering beyond the day to day and be able to identify opportunities to improve processes to further enhance our Talent Acquisition proposition for the UK&I Retail Business.Key AccountabilitiesManage team processes and provide administrative support, respond to queries as appropriate.Lead the ongoing development of the Workday Recruiting, fulfilling the Workday Recruiting “Super-User” role.Supporting the wider business on our internal support system “Workday help”, responding to queries in a timely manner to resolution.Providing administrative and logistical support for interview arranging, liaising with candidates, hiring managers and third parties where required.Management of recruitment invoices, confirming details are correct and processing / coding and approving according to cost centre.Coordinate and administer the development of policies and processes such as access to Workday Recruiting, supporting hiring managers in creating and accessing requisitions in Workday.Managing and coordination of hiring manager training schedules.Manage the recruitment preferred supplier list, ensuring contracts are up to date and compliant.Provide insightful reporting and data analysis to spotlight and enhance our recruitment proposition.The successful individual will also have an opportunity to get involved in ad-hoc projects which will allow exposure to the wider business and HR function.Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceIdeal candidates will have prior Recruitment / HR coordination experience in a fast-moving, complex and international businesses.Experience in Workday ATS (Applicant Tracking System).Both data-minded and target-driven.Highly organised self-starter with a can-do attitude.A team player, who is motivated by achieving shared goals.A quick learner who thrives in fast-paced environments, and is and able to adapt to changing needs and circumstances.Proven communicator who is comfortable managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.Who we’re looking forAt Howden we value diversity – there is no one Howden ‘personality type’.
