For more information on GTT, please visit .Role Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated, intellectually curious, detailed oriented Manager of FP&A that will thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for forecasting and analyzing GTT’s Revenue and KPIs. Candidate will be expected to work in conjunction with Sales, Finance, Operations, Accounting, Product and Executive teams to drive understanding of financial that will drive decision making across GTT.Duties and Responsibilities:Own the Budget, Monthly Forecast, and Long-Term Plan Models for Revenue analysis and reporting to the executive team and board of directors.Ongoing monitoring and analysis of critical metrics and business trends to inform risk and opportunities to current budget/forecast or the business overall.Prepare reporting, presentations, and commentary on variances / business drivers.Develop a robust understanding of the GTT business, financial and performance KPIs.Analysis of customer cohorts/segments to understand client profitability and behavior.Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with key business partners including but not limited to sales, accounting, operations, cross-functional FP&A team members (revenue, cost of revenue, SG&A), and other business teams to deliver accurate and meaningful performance updates.Lead the FP&A communication and executive reporting to internal stakeholders.Prepare and consolidate slide decks for various presentations, team reviews, executive presentations, board of directors.Present and explain financial performance and key variances and changes vs. forecast, budget, and prior year.Identifies and implements ways to improve forecast/budget/LTP accuracy and timeliness using automation, tools, and streamlined efficiencies.Lead and develop a team of FP&A analysts to drive continuous improvement.Required Experience/Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration. MBA Preferred.10-12 years of Financial Analyst experience, with 5-6 specific to FP&A performing financial and variance analysis, forecasting, planning, and/or financial modeling.5-7 years of people management experience5-7 years in Telecommunications IndustryPrevious experience working with Financial Planning Systems (Hyperion, Oracle, Adaptive); MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).Advanced PowerPoint skills; Power Excel User.Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor.Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects.Strong verbal and written communications with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.C-suite presence; ability to be an advisor to all levels of the organization, through and including the executive level.Core CompetenciesFinance and Accounting: Knowledge of finance and accounting practices, financial analysis, and reporting; ability to apply finance knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.Process Management: Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques; ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing business or work processes.Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.Performance Management: Knowledge of successful performance management techniques; ability to apply organization’s performance management system, practices, and tools to developing and improving individual, team, and organizational performance.Team Management: Knowledge of effective team building techniques; ability to form and manage effective teams.Financial and Accounting Systems: Knowledge of functions, features, and capabilities of financial and accounting systems; ability to use financial and accounting applications specific to the organization.Financial Reporting: Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports.Universal CompetenciesContinuous Improvement: Knowledge of transformation initiatives to drive fundamental changes, enhance responsiveness and efficiency to core business practices.
