Office Administrative Assistant.
This is a full-time, direct to hire role. As a bilingual
Office Administrative Assistant
you’d be helping support the Community Managers and Service Managers for properties throughout the West Coast. This company primarily specializes in manufactured homes and have properties through out the Pacific Northwest.

Office Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Data entry to maintain accurate tenant information
- Assisting managers in document prep, notices, invoices and general communication with tenants
- Supporting both Community Managers and the Regional Manager
Office Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- 6 Months+ previous administrative experience in an office setting
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel
- Fluent in Spanish

: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
