Operations Supervisor – Swing Shift
in Hillsboro, OR.

This is an opportunity to take your leadership skills to next level. This company has been directly supporting the semiconductor industry for the last 40 years and is continuing to experience substantial growth. They are seeking an experienced individual who likes to be challenged.

In this role, you’ll support the electrical and mechanical assembly teams. You will ensure product is being produced efficiently while ensuring quality specifications are being met.  

Assembly Operations Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 10+ assemblers that includes team leads
• Coordinate and manage department workflow and output
• Employee performance management; coaching, training and development
• Ensure quality standards are being met

Assembly Operations Supervisor Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years previous supervisor or lead experience
• 2 years+ previous experience in electronic, mechanical and/or semiconductor industry
• Previous use of an ERP system

Pay
: $65k-80k/year depending on experience

Schedule
: Monday-Friday 2pm-11:30pm (must be able to train on day shift)
