Funko, a world leader in pop-culture figures and collectibles is now hiring a full-time Customer Service Coordinator.
This temp-to-hire role offers weekly pay, growth potential, and opportunities for overtime if you want to make a bigger paycheck!
You will help to meet Funko’s higher-than-ever customer demands while working in an upbeat and fun environment.
Customer Service Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Providing customers with product or service information
- Resolving concerns or complaints via a ticketing system
- Processing orders accurately and promptly
You will be successful in this role if you have great communication skills and enjoy staying busy on the job!
Hybrid Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Monday & Friday are work from home!)
Customer Service Coordinator Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Excel experience intermediate
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to de-escalate and resolve conflict
- ERP/ CRM experience
Pay: $21 per hour
