Join BlackCat as a Talent Partner for our Recruitment Division. In this pivotal role, you ll lead the operational management of our ad-hoc recruitment division and recruitment club service offerings. This is an opportunity for a dynamic individual with comprehensive talent management and HR knowledge to oversee team performance, client relations, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Operations
Deliver services in line with client SLAs and internal KPIs.
Lead and manage team members using situational leadership.
Ensure timely and accurate client reports.
Regularly update and share professional social media channels.
Manage client bookings and placement requests within agreed timelines.
Inform management of unresolved client issues.
Conduct and maintain staff training programs.
Encourage and develop team talent through KPIs, PDRs, and appraisals.
Serve as a communication bridge between company directors and clients.
Address and manage absence and underperformance.
Maintain high service standards and supervise internal processes.
Monitor and alert directors about potential risks to quarterly performance targets.
Oversee recruitment, selection, and induction activities.
Represent the company in formal client meetings.
Boost business development activity to meet sales targets.
Ensure effective utilization of job boards and budget allocations.
Maintain QH&S standards.
Keep internal databases up to date.
Stay informed about market trends to ensure sector expertise.
Positively represent BlackCat both in person and on social media.
Conduct psychometric assessments (training provided).
Client Liaison
Build and maintain positive client relationships.
Ensure Talent Resourcers represent BlackCat enthusiastically and helpfully.
Address client issues/complaints proactively and timely.
Provide accurate and timely Recruitment Club reporting.
Regularly meet with clients to review service offerings.
Support clients with video interviewing and assessment center requirements.
Suggest improvements based on marketplace knowledge.
Offer clients comprehensive talent management support, including onboarding, resourcing, hiring insights, employer support, and staff retention techniques.
HR Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR on internal staff or client candidate queries.
Ensure accurate completion of HR documentation.
Maintain accurate records of timesheets, sickness, holidays, and absenteeism.
Address wage queries swiftly.
Consult HR for unresolved staff issues or concerns.
Maintain confidentiality of all HR information.
Use situational leadership to effectively manage team members.
Prioritize self-development and set an example for the team.
Regularly review employee benefits and incentives.
Finance Management
Manage documentation for purchasing goods/services.
Maintain accurate finance records.
Obtain supplier quotes as needed.
Be confident with divisional financials.
Notify the company administrator for sales invoice issuance.
Assist with cash collection when necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
End-to-end talent management and HR knowledge.
CIPD Level 5 or above desirable
Strong leadership skills with a situational leadership approach.
Excellent client relationship management.
Proficiency in maintaining and supervising operational processes.
Knowledge of current market trends and recruitment practices.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Financial acumen to manage divisional budgets and records.
