This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of strategic projects and to lead and expand our internal strategy team.Key Responsibilities:Planning, Coordination, and Stakeholder Management:

  • Be the right hand to the CEO
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder engagements
  • Optimize organizational processes
  • Prepare for and attend senior leadership meetings, documenting minutes and ensuring follow-up actions

Business Development:

  • Independently produce high-quality presentation materials for marketing and pitches
  • Support and drive business strategies, manage the company roadmap, and ensure timely project completion
  • Conduct market research, identify opportunities, and monitor competitive landscape developments

Human Resources:

  • Oversee HR processes, including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and staff welfare
  • Act as the primary contact for HR issues and update internal HR policies as needed
  • Organize staff welfare activities and evaluate additional employee benefits

Fundraising:

  • Manage investor relations and ensure timely follow-up on meeting outcomes.
  • Maintain the company data room and ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Identify equity-free funding sources and support bid writing and strategic planning for future fundraises.
  • Assist with quarterly reporting, runway projections, and business plan development.

Requirements:

  • 2 – 5 years of experience in relevant fields (e.g., management consulting, VC, start-ups, R&D).
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of executing complex projects.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize complex data and present findings effectively.
  • High sense of accountability and autonomy, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
  • Proven ability to motivate and develop team members and resolve conflicts.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentations).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and adept in relevant software tools (e.g., Airtable, Notion, Canva, Excel, PowerPoint).
