Bring your true self and your ideas to the table, there’s always room for you and we’re always listening.What does a “day in the life” of my new team look like?We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a high volume, high touch Recruitment team! This role will be based on-site in London City 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work from home on the remaining days.The coordinator will be supporting a team of Senior Recruiters in the execution of professional hiring activity from Analysts through to MD hiring. The successful candidate will become an integral member of the team with a focus on ensuring efficient, compliant and quality recruitment process for both managers, candidates and internal HR stakeholders.This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who wants to build their careers as in-house Recruitment professional with the chance to gain great exposure to the role of a Recruiter.What do I need to succeed in this role?Must Haves:

  • Experience of working as an administrator
  • Previous experience working in a client/customer service facing role
  • Multi-tasking and organizations skills
  • Available to work onsite for a minimum of 3 days per week

Nice Haves:

  • Experience of working as a Recruitment administrator
  • Experience of working in financial services
