Job Title: PhlebotomistJob DescriptionJoin our dedicated team as a Phlebotomist working Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm and Saturday from 8am-12pm. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting patients and verifying their identity before performing blood collection. You will explain procedures to patients to ease their anxiety and ensure they understand the process. Your duties will include performing venipuncture and capillary punctures, using straight needles for blood collection, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. You will also be tasked with properly labeling and handling specimens to ensure accurate test results, maintaining specimen integrity, documenting patient information accurately, and keeping all phlebotomy equipment and work areas clean and well-maintained.Hard Skills
