Responsibilities: This role will focus on the build out of Compliance use cases and capabilities in Vanguard’s existing Archer environment.

The role will include the following duties and responsibilities:

• Story Grooming (Gathering and fine-tuning requirements, defining implementation approach)

• Design and Impact analysis

• Definition of test scenarios

• Archer configuration / development

• Packaging and deployment between non-prod and production environments

• Unit / System testing

• Troubleshooting issues/defects and implementing fixes

• Production Support

Qualifications

• Archer Developer with preferred experience in the following use cases:

• Risk Management

• Risk Assessment

• Issue Management

• Event Management

• Controls Assurance Program Management

• Corporate Obligations Management

Archer experience required in the development, troubleshooting and support of the following capabilities:

• Access Control Management

• Advanced Workflow

• Application Builder

• Data Feeds (A2A, FTP Transporter)

• Notifications

• Reporting & Dashboarding

Additional preferred skillsets:

• Agile Methodologies

• Custom Development:

• Java / Javascript

• Python

• AWS
