The Global Threat Analyst plays a critical role and is responsible for the continuous development, production, and delivery of advanced analytical and strategic products supporting the Pfizer Resilience Center (PRC) and its organizational stakeholders. This position is responsible for gathering, analyzing, planning, investigating, and evaluating threat intelligence from a variety of sources to provide tactical, operational, and strategic assessments in support of the PRCs mission.  The role holder will leverage analytical and research methodologies to support security and vulnerability risk assessments pertaining to crime, geopolitics, and other hazards.  The role holder will leverage existing technologies to include Everbridge to provide forward looking assessments to a broad group of stakeholders across the company. 

Role Responsibilities:

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Conduct all-source threat monitoring and intelligence analysis in support of the planning of executive level travel and other company related events and operations worldwide.

  • Collect, receive, and analyze information to produce and disseminate intelligence assessments, bulletins and other deliverables as required

  • Leverage existing technologies, databases and other sources to identify emerging trends and risks to company operations and people

  • Monitor social media to identify imminent or real-world threats to the company and provide trend analysis on emerging risks and threats

  • Support crisis management activations with intelligence gathering, briefings, and other deliverables critical to decision making and incident coordination.

  • Support internal investigations through analytical methods and techniques to analyze raw information to substantiate threats or other activities that may impact’s the company’s security or reputation. 

  • Employ analytical techniques and methodologies to conduct comprehensive assessments to identify trends or potential risk points

  • Author tactical and strategic assessments in support of Global Security’s recommendations

  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and effectively and efficiently summarize information into concise analytic assessments

  • Ability to support on-call critical events

Qualifications:

Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, intelligence studies, political science or business.

  • 2+ years of experience

  • 1+ year working as an intelligence analyst.

  • Proficient using records risk visualization platforms, structured databases and other analytical resources.

  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.

Nice to Have:

  • Demonstrated corporate intelligence experience.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $64,600.00 to $107,600.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
