Salary: $17/hr.

Education company is seeking call center representatives in their Financial Aid department. Employees will be reaching out to students to qualify them for financial assistance to continue their education goals.

• Placing outbound calls to students utilizing a dialer system
• Confirming the student’s financial status, employment status, etc.
• Provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
• Review student accounts, providing updates and information regarding finances
• Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service

This opportunity provides a fun environment with snacks, a ping pong table and a team-oriented support system. We are looking for candidates who enjoy being on the phone all day supporting people succeed and enhance their life by finishing their education goals. 

Full-Time M-F – need availability from 7am-7pm (40 hours worked within those hours of availability)

$17hr

Temp to hire

Once you go on direct with the company, you will receive a pay increase, you will receive 401K with company match, medical, vision and dental insurance, vacation time and paid holidays.
