This SMT Operator role is a full-time, temp to hire position that offers a day shift

SMT Operator Job Duties:
- Operate SMT pick and place machine for assembly of printed circuit boards
- Load and verify parts onto the machine per the program
- Monitor and maintain equipment including preventative maintenance
- Partner with supervisor on quality of product
You will do well
in this role if you love working on a team, have strong communication skills
and pride yourself on being hardworking and reliable.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday:
8:00am – 4:30pm
SMT Operator Requirements:
-
2 years SMT assembly experience
- Capable of successfully troubleshooting equipment
- Computer proficient and skilled MS Office including Excel
- Experienced with assembly schematics, build instructions and kit identification
Pay: $20 – $24 per
hour – DOE
- eligible for increase during yearly performance review
