1st Shift : 5:00 am-1:30pm
Maintenance Manager Job
Duties:
· Lead and mentor the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance
· Develop and implement maintenance strategies
· Conduct regular safety audits
· Works with external vendors if needed to facilitate machinery and equipment repairs.
· Oversee the maintenance and all manufacturing equipment and systems to ensure operational efficiency
· Develop and manage a preventive and predictive maintenance program to minimize downtown and reduce costs
· Facility maintenance.
· Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested.
You will be successful in this role if you have
great leadership and have 5+ years experience in Maintenance Management
Schedule: Monday-Friday
PAY: $80,000 -$90,000 DOE
Maintenance Mechanic Job
Requirements:
– Previous Dairy Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
– Must possess strong interpersonal skills
– Strong communication skills. Able to read, write and speak English well
– Ability to follow, apply, interpret, and explain instructions and/or guidelines
– Ability to multi-task and utilize good time management skills
– Be adept at problem-solving, identifying issues and resolving issues in a timely manner
Experience Required
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
– 5+ years of experience in maintenance management within a food manufacturing or related industry.
– Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, equipment troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
– Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to food safety and manufacturing standards.
– Proven ability to lead teams and drive organizational culture change.
– Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.?
