Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the service industry based in Allen, Texas. The successful candidate will be part of our team, focusing on managing customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and processing applications.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in communication with clients through calls and emails to foster business relationships.

• Handle customer inquiries, providing timely and appropriate solutions.

• Utilize software tools for data entry and management of customer records.

• Schedule appointments and manage customer accounts as needed.

• Display proficiency in both English and Spanish to cater to a diverse client base.

• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for administrative tasks and client communication.

• Contribute to a business-to-business (B2B) sales environment with a focus on customer service.

• Transition into a role involving in-person client visits for business growth, with the possibility of reimbursement on gas.

• Utilize skills in inbound and outbound calls to manage customer service in a call center environment.

• Undertake the role of order entry and email correspondence as part of the job responsibilities. Requirements

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls effectively.

• Bilingual in English/Spanish.

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.

• Skilled in handling email correspondence professionally and promptly.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Experience in managing order entry processes efficiently.

• Ability to schedule appointments accurately and in a timely manner.

• Knowledge of B2B sales techniques and strategies.

• Proficiency in bilingual marketing.

• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to make decisions under pressure.
