Production Supervisor Job Duties Include:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.
- Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to improve performance and productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
- Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
You will be successful in this role if you work well on a team, have a strong desire to learn, and looking for a career growth.
Production Supervisor Requirements:
- 1 – 2 years of Production Supervisor experience
- Experience working around natural products and/or food safety
- Great attention to detail
- Enjoy a close team environment
- Ability to lift to 40lbs
- Strong communication
Schedule: Monday – Thursday
6:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $25/hr
