Trinity LeedsGuest Service HostHours: 20 hours (x4 5 hour shifts following a 4 week rolling rotation)Rate of Pay: £12Join our team at Trinity Leeds Shopping Centre as a Guest Services Host and be part of delivering exceptional service every day. you’ll have the opportunity to provide efficient and effective service to our clients, Guests, exceeding their needs and requirements whenever possible.You will play a crucial role in maintaining a high standard of work and also take ownership of all enquiries at the guest services area, using your questioning and listening skills to identify and offer solutions to customers’ needs. Your key responsibility will be building strong relationships with your colleagues, is key to our “one team approach” to customer service and achieving our business objectives.
- Deal with any centre related queries, this may include directions, store information,
- Be confident in collecting Guest Feedback through our Share Your Thoughts feedback system.
- Answer all centre emails / telephone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Operate our shopmobilty programme whilst adhering to our centre policy regarding hire.
- To up sell our Trinity Leeds Gift cards.
- Operate our Collect+ service whilst offering support for our brand partners, Ebay, Yodel, DPD, Amazon, DHL, Fedex.
- To support with any surprise & delight events.
- To support with Seasonal Gift wrapping.
- Operate the Trinity Leeds Lost Property Programme.
Requirements:
- Team motivated.
- Experience within Retail or Customer Service.
- One Team Approach.
- Willing to go the extra mile.
- Target Driven.
