The dentsu Gaming team is comprised of three distinct business lines; Gaming Agency Services working with some of the biggest brands in the world, Games Development & Publishing where we make games and Gaming Solutions where we create and package solutions for the dentsu network focused on gaming and entertainment.We’re hiring for a Team Coordinator Lead to join our Dentsu Gaming Agency Services team.Purpose of the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and organised Team Coordinator (Gaming Agency Services) to support the team with maintaining operational hygiene and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. You’ll assist in the planning, development, and execution of campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, email, and print. You’ll also coordinate projects and campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Maintain project schedules and track deliverables.Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and editing of dentsu Gaming materials, for both internal and external purposes
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities. Prepare reports and present findings to the team.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on campaign progress, gathering feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
  • Provide administrative support to the dentsu Gaming team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining marketing databases.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Experience in a group/function coordination role within a large, complex global company (preferably within an agency setting).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, a passion or experience in gaming is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively with a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
  • Experience with pitching internal teams as well as external partners a plus
