- The successful candidate will have previous experience in recruitment, and resourcing within a creative or project-based sector
- Liaising with the hire managers and senior staff with the confidence to chase seniors if need be
- Screening CV’s
- Coordinating interviews
- Organising the induction process & conducting exit interviews
- Learning & Development
- Admin tasks include being the first point of contact for all HR related queries
- Maintaining the HR database
- Preparation of contracts & offer letters
- Preparing the monthly payroll documents including issuing the pay slips and p45, p60’s etc
Skills necessary:
- Admired communications skills; verbal & written
- Brilliant initiative
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and eagerness to learn more
- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Avid attention to detail
- Approachable
- Resilient
- Respected passion for HR
- CIPD qualification (ideally level 3 +)
